5. Take a right at Front St. (second stop sign)
6. Proceed to 147 Front St., Between Pearl and Jay.

From the BQE (I-278) Westbound

1. Exit on right at 28B (Brooklyn Bridge Exit)
2. Take a right at Old Fulton St. (end of ramp)
3. Take immediate right onto Front St.
4. Proceed to 147 Front St., Between Pearl and Jay.

From the Brooklyn Bridge

1. Exit right before the end of bridge for BQE/278/Cadman Plaza Keep right and bear right onto Cadman Plaza West – Keep bearing right onto Prospect St.
2. Take a left at Washington St. (1st light) Take a right at Front St. (second stop sign)
3. Proceed to 147 Front St., Between Pearl and Jay.

From the Manhattan Bridge

1. Exit right before end of bridge for BQE/278/Jay Street Merge onto Jay St. Keep in left lane Take left at light on Sands St.
2. Keep in right lane (do not board Brooklyn Bridge)
3. Follow Sands St. around to the right. It becomes Adams St.
4. Take a right at Front St.
5. Proceed to 147 Front St., Between Pearl and Jay.
